HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Customers outside or in the US are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.
To ship an item back to MaBasics please:
1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s)
2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service
firstname.lastname@example.org to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package.
Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. MaBasics
warehouse will send you a return label.
3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
4. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to”. Mail your return or
exchange using your carrier of choice to:

Pandemic and Holidays…
MaBasics is extending our return policy on orders placed in the months of November 2020 through March 2021. We
will accept returns within 20 days for a full refund or exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service
firstname.lastname@example.org team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be
happy to help.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for
refund, exchange, or store credit
MaBasics does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the
most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the
tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons.

Please be careful of makeup or deodoran

TRACKING MY RETURN
We recommend that you return merchandise to MaBasics using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record
of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.
Returns do take us 5-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Please take in consideration shipping
time might change during the pandemic labor new regulations.
Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can
take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.This varies depending on your financial institution.
For installments, refunds will be made in full minus the financing fees when you return the order.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
If you return more than $3000 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact
you if you are subject to the modified policy.
HOLIDAY RETURNS / COVID-19 PANDEMIC 2020/2021
During the Holidays and Pandemic season, we will accept your return after 3 weeks.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
