All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.

We Ship All Orders Within 1-3 Days Depending on your Shipping Options Selected

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within (20) Days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale itemse].  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving  RMA number, place the items securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address :

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If you use your own shipping provider we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We can also generate a payment link to provide a Pre-Paid Shipping Label for your return with one of our providers, which may provide you with a better rate.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

After we have received your return and inspected the condition of your items, we will send you an email as a receipt to notify you that we have received your return and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us please allow at least (7) days from return receipt for us to complete the process.

We will provide one of the following options: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable in-store merchandise credit,  or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. Please Note: We don’t currently offer a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item or a check.

GENERAL

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
